YOUR LICENSE TO US

You represent that you are the owner of the material, or that you are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the material’s owner, and that you are thirteen years of age or older by posting or submitting any material to us via the Site, internet groups, social media venues, or to any of our staff via email, text, or other means.

Furthermore, by submitting, emailing, texting, delivering, or posting any material, you grant us, or anyone authorized by us, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, or display such material, in whole or in part, in any manner now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose.

WARRANTIES

Everest Drain and Plumbing offers a two-year labor and parts warranty. Our warrants that the wall work performed and parts and equipment installed in the servicing of the electrical unit were completed in a workmanlike manner, and that said work shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the date said work was performed or the manufacturer’s warranties, whichever comes first.

Everest Drain and Plumbing’s liability for defective products and/or workmanship, as well as Customer’s sole remedy, shall be limited, at our plumbing discretion, to the replacement of any faulty items or workmanship, or the refund of amounts paid by Customer for said service, and shall be conditioned upon us receiving actual formal notification of said defect within the 365-day period.

Those mentioned on the invoice and refused by the customer, as well as items supplied by the customer, may be omitted. If components have been changed by Everest Drain and Plumbing and not worked on by anyone else within the warranty term, or if you use products that harm electrical parts supplied by us, these exclusions may have a limited or no guarantee. If specified herein, the warranty duration may change.

Before any repair is completed or the warranty is canceled, Everest Drain and Plumbing must evaluate and authorize any warranty concerns. It is not possible to transfer the warranty. Weather-related damage, routine maintenance items not reviewed by anyone, and manufacturing faults are not covered.

REJECTION

Unless allowed or agreed upon by Everest Drain and Plumbing, any modifications, additions, changes, or repairs done by others will result in Everest Drain and Plumbing obligation under the contract being terminated.

We are nor responsible for the timeless, quality defects of purchases made by the third party. You agree to use the site for non commercial purposes and be responsible for someone who makes a purchase on your behalf.

FEATURES

Customer agrees to pay all attorney’s fees, filing fees, and costs incurred by Everest Drain and Plumbing in the collection of any outstanding debts. Any and all complaints arising out of this transaction will be resolved according to the laws of the state in which the work was completed.

In the case of legal action, the customer agrees to pay collection fees, reasonable attorney’s fees, and court expenses. After 10 days, a monthly service charge of 12% will be charged.

DISCLAIMERS

We may include links and references to Internet sites managed by other parties across the Site. Our inclusion of links to third-party sites does not imply that we support or promote such sites, or the information, products, or services available on or through them.

Furthermore, neither we nor our affiliates run or control in any way any information, goods, or services provided by third parties on or via the Site or on websites linked to by us on the Site.

Any views, advice, comments, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, are the authors’ or distributors’, not Company’s. The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content is not guaranteed by COMPANY or any third-party information source.

You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold Everest Drain and Plumbing, its affiliated groups, their followers, transference, approves, and licensees, as well as their corresponding parent and subsidiary officers, directors, and employees, harmless from as well as against this and any other claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and payments, including legal costs and taxes.

PAYMENT TERMS

Upon completion of the indicated work, the total invoice is payable. Any payment not received within 30 days of the completion of the job is subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law in the state where the service was performed until it is paid. Sales tax is included in the price, if applicable.

Customer agrees to pay reasonable charges and attorney’s fees if Everest Drain and Plumbing files a lawsuit or hires attorneys to obtain payment for any amount owed to it by Customer. If a customer’s check fails to clear, the customer may be responsible for more than the check amount, as well as the check’s face value and court fees. The Customer’s premises shall be cleared of all components.

COUPON TERMS AND CONDITION

Everest Drain and Plumbing is always concerned about our customer satisfaction. We do every possible thing to build your trust towards us and our service as well as equipment. Prices for plumbing tools and different places to places in alot of situations. Plus, our internal property safety guidelines ensure that we fix what’s broken, not the other way around.

You shall promise to follow all the rules and regulations needed to follow while using the coupon. You may not be eligible for the faults or if anyone tries to violate the rules.

Everest Drain and Plumbing provides you with a coupon that you can use while purchasing any tool or using services. This will be an advantage as we provide the best quality for plumbing services at a much lower price by using the coupon.

The plumbing coupon will be based on date validation.
Suppose a 3 day validation coupon can be only used within 3 days within the time that has been available.
Any plumbing coupon used after the coupon expires will not be valid and cannot be used at all. Even if you use it another time when we have coupon offers available it will not be valid.
Another factor that the coupon depends on is location . Every location in Canada where Everest Drain and Plumbing operates will have its own coupon. Also, the coupon can be different depending on the location. But, if you’re living in one place and you use the coupon for another place or use a coupon for service that is available in another place then it won’t be valid. You can only use the coupon that’s valid in your area. A Toronto client cannot use coupons for Vaughan’s offer.
Similarly, once the coupon is used, it cannot be used again. You will not be able to use the same coupon time and again under the same property and name. Along with the coupon will only be based on one service, tools or any requirements. The plumbing coupon for one thing or services cannot be used for another service. Suppose, if the coupon is based on fixing kitchen faucets then it cannot be used for repairing sump pumps. So its very important to use the coupon carefully.

REGISTRATION

We may ask you for demographic information such as your gender, year of birth, zip code, and nationality in order to use certain services of the Site. You may also be requested to register with us on the form if you choose to join up for a specific function of the Site, such as chat rooms, web diaries, or bulletin boards.

You promise to supply the Site’s registration form with true, accurate, current, and full information about yourself.
