We will be providing our plumbing service in all of the locations following these rules and regulations:

• When our employees enter and exit the workplace, we require them to wash their hands and wear protective masks and gloves.
• To further flatten the curve this virus has taken, we keep a good amount of hand sanitizer for each of our workers and technicians.
• To further secure our technicians, each of our service vehicles is stocked with a variety of protective gloves, face guards, and masks.
• According to the recommendations of many medical practitioners, our technicians can only use the masks and gloves once as an additional measure of protection.
• We also hold a few bottles of hand sanitizer in our trucks as an extra layer of protection.
• We will not shake hands with any customers and maintain a social distance from all members of the household, according to Toronto Health officials.
• In order to avoid spreading the infection, we still avoid touching our mouths and noses when on the job.
• Every day, and before every service call, we disinfect and clean all of our equipment.

IF YOU FIND ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES YOU CAN ALSO ASK THEM TO DO THESE FOLLOWING THINGS

• Before entering your home and during the service visit, request that the service provider wear a mask.
• Physical greetings, such as handshakes, should be avoided.
• Indoor conversations should be kept to a minimum.
• To avoid touching money, a wallet, or a keypad, use touch-less payment options or pay over the phone.
